The insert tube is just the right size to push into an NRS PackRaft valve and stay there without someone holding it in place. Fluff out the top of the bag and roll/squeeze air into the PackRaft. It will fill one chamber of the PackRaft with two bellows of air. Makes for a fast fill! The open end has nice grab bars sewn in, making it easy to find the top and manage the opening.

Unique way to start inflating our raft
How cool is this? No need to carry a heavy pump or to huff and puff to inflate your NRS Pack-Raft (See SKU: NRSRP). The Fill Bag lets you quickly push in most of the air needed to inflate the raft. It's light, it's simple, and it's easy to use. Insert the bag's vinyl fill tube in the Pack-Raft's inflation/deflation valve. Open the bag wide and quickly fold the top opening closed. You've now captured approximately two cubic feet (56.6 cubic liters) of air in the bag. Simply squeeze the bag to push that air into the raft's air chamber. When you've pushed as much air in the tube with the Fill Bag as you can, remove the Bag, close the valve and bring the Pack-Raft up to full operating pressure by blowing more air into the small twist valves.
The NRS Pack-Raft Fill Bag is made from a durable 40-denier coated rip-stop nylon fabric and measures 25" x 36" (63.5cm x 91.45cm), flat measurement. This unique fill bag can be used to help inflate any inflatable that has a similar valve configuration like your NRS Pack-Raft. The Pack-Raft Fill Bag weighs 6oz (170g).
