About Hollis 150LX DC7 Regulator
The Hollis 150LX Regulator, a moderately-priced addition to the Hollis line, features a design similar to the 200LX without PVD Plating. Paired with the DC2 DIN or Yoke first stage, it's ideal for global travel or long deco stops. The 150LX includes a stainless steel front ring, packing nut, and end cap, and comes standard with a 30" (76.2 cm) MiFlex hose and an orthodontic mouthpiece with dual color tabs.
The compact Hollis DC2 1st Stage Regulator boasts an over-balanced diaphragm design, providing superior gas delivery under extreme conditions. Its diaphragm membrane prevents contaminants from entering the mechanism, reducing corrosion and performance deterioration. The DC2 also features a secondary diaphragm sealing off the spring chamber, adding another layer of corrosion resistance and preventing first stage icing. The regulator has four LP ports with 3/8" threads and two HP ports with 7/16" threads, is made of forged marine-grade chrome-plated brass, and is Nitrox compatible up to 40% out of the box.
The pneumatically balanced 150XL Second Stage Regulator ensures smooth, easy breathing due to its chrome-plated brass valve. It has a reversible demand valve, allowing for right or left-handed hose configurations, and an adjustable Dive/Pre-Dive switch with a soft rubber grip. The ergonomic design channels bubbles away from the field of view and reduces exhaust effort. The improved orthodontic mouthpiece features dual color tabs and a stainless steel ring. A CD owner's manual is included.
