Great for shallow water only 20 ft or less

I brought one of these along for a week of diving in the Philippines. By day 2 there was a small amount of water in the small tube, I had gone down to 40 feet that day. Day 4 and 5 roll around and after a few 70-100 foot dives the small tube of air had been put under so much pressure that the once air filled tube was now filled with water. Because the GoPro mount is glued to the end of the small tube, and there isn't anyway of removing the water without breaking the pole, I dumped it in the trash before I flew out on day 7. Also the screw on the bottom of the handle can become loose over time, so remember to tighten it before every dive. .Get an aluminum pole that can be disassembled and just put a floaty hand grip on it if youre thinking about deep diving. Im sure for shallower snorkeling and water sports this would work great.
