The Panther represents an entirely new category! Make no mistake; this is a serious one-person boat for any paddler with compact proportions. Designed for all-purpose recreational use and scaled to meet the needs of paddlers under 5'4?/ 120lbs (1,65m / 55kg). Everything, including the seat, has been scaled to provide maximum comfort and control for a woman, child, or any aspiring paddler with a compact frame. Outfitted with a range of features, the Panther features Aquaglide's proprietary XP floor Technology for outstanding value and excellent paddling performance. XP floor uses an inflatable chamber with Aquaglide proprietary X-beam Technology to produce a stiff, durable, polyester covered PVC beam floor. Duratex 500D 600g hull material is blended with rugged 600D polyester for long-life and UV protection. The bladder is a strong and durable 24-gauge K80 PVC material. Accessory straps located at the bow and stern for easily accessible stowage. Sturdy molded handles are found all around the boat for convenient boarding and transport.

A Compact version of the Core seat offers thoughtful features including supportive backrest, mesh storage pocket, integrated fishing-rod holders, fore and aft seat straps and an infinite adjustment system for convenience. Fin system includes stiff, durable, foiled fin with unique quick-release for easy setup. Handy paddle keepers retain the paddle so hands are free for other tasks. Adjustable foot rest improves comfort and paddling efficiency. Splash guard protects the cockpit and helps keep paddlers dry and adjustable elastic accessory straps keep gear close at hand while underway. The kayak uses common Boston valve fitting for easy inflation/deflation of tubes, high pressure spring valve using Halkey-Roberts type fitting for floor and comes with a cockpit drain that allows easy drainage of water from the boat. The Panther XP 1 Kayak has heavy duty D-rings for accessory tie-down and seating support. The kayak measures (L x W) 109" x 32" (276cm x 97cm), and has a maximum weight capacity of 170lbs (77kg). The kayak is a 3 chamber design for added safety with an inflatable floor.
