Although wakeboarding and wakesurfing both involve riding a board in a boat’s wake, they have a few key differences. 

In wakeboarding, riders attach their feet to the board using special bindings similar to snowboarding boots. Wakesurfers don’t use bindings or boots, so they can stand in any position that’s comfortable.
