The beauty of SCUBA diving is that pretty much anywhere you want to dive, you can — provided you have the appropriate gear. While some may balk at the idea of donning a full dry suit, hood, gloves, and boots just to see what lies beneath the surface of colder waters, for others, it provides a serenity that may not be found in tropical waters. Life moves a little slower here, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a whole lot of it to behold. Snowing outside? No matter. In this particular video, the temperature became even warmer as they went deeper. Check out the wonderful array of marine species to be found in the frigid waters of Washington state’s Puget Sound, located in the Pacific Northwest.
