The XL4+ brings an end to jaw fatigue during lengthy cold water dives, thanks to its compact design and low weight. Packed with innovative features such as an over-molded endcap and an environmental diaphragm, it's designed to resist ice build-up, keeping you worry-free during your frigid water expeditions.

Our first stage is ingeniously designed based on the expedition-tested Apeks DS4 platform, featuring a unique over-balanced diaphragm design for optimal performance at any depth. With 2 high-pressure ports and a large surface area heat exchanger, you'll be prepared for anything, even the most challenging cold-water environments.

The XL4+ isn't just powerful - it's also easy to use. With a high-performance, pneumatically balanced, lever-operated poppet valve, and a large, over-molded self-flushing purge button, you'll have all the control at your fingertips. Plus, with the ergonomic Venturi lever, usage becomes a breeze.

To top it off, we've included a flexible nylon-braided hose that outperforms traditional rubber hoses in cold water. The standard metallic hose connection ensures interchangeability, and the Comfo-bite mouthpiece, with its unique bridge that fits across the upper palate, ensures comfort during your exploration.
