XS Scuba Universal Fin Strap Assembly comes complete with buckles and will fit a large scope of open heeled strapped fins. The fin strap has squeeze-style quick-release buckles, large pull end tabs and heel pull loop for easy donning and doffing. Strap is made from durable rubber; buckle is corrosion, Impact resistant plastic and the strap width is 1" (2.5cm). One complete strap, not a pair.
