Good, but has issues.

Does it hold tanks? Yes. Very well actually. My issues with this system is twofold; First, when you do not have tanks in the holders you have to remove the bands or they just swing around and scrape the boat. There should be a way for them to stay in the "closed" position. Second, the design of the holders is such that they hold water. After a bit, a slime starts to build up in the stale water. I solved this by taking a 1/4 inch drill bit and drilling a hole in each section for drainage. This works perfectly.
