Zip tied to air inflator hose, easy to access. No rust in 100+ dives. Great tool above/under water.

Very useful tool. From cutting up lionfish to freeing debris on the bottom. I gave it three stars because both pars ive gotten rusted after even the first dive despite it being titanium and being well taken care of. The first pair I got snapped in half after very little use. I suspect the pin holding it together is the bit that’s titanium. I recommend shears as a useful tool as it can be used with one hand and can cut through thin metal. I just wish the whole thing was a little tougher.

Maybe my expectation about titanium was wrong but I did not expect it to rust. Although not a lot, rust will add to it overtime.

I rarely dive with a knife any more, but ALWAYS have shears attached to my BC. Cuts through heavy rope and lines with ease. These have held up well diving in salt water, but be sure to rinse thoroughly and dry after each dive and keep oiled to prevent rust.

We hunt Lionfish in the Caribbean, spearing them then feeding them to passing Snappers and Groupers who will stay away from them but eat them if they are injured/dying. The larger Lionfish are still dangerous until you cut the white-tipped spines off. After that, the Snappers and Groupers tear them apart. These shears are perfect for that.
