The short version bands are a little different, but should work. Something to consider; is your pony bottle long enough to span the two attachments on your BC ?

Good quality cam bands

They're cam bands and they work great! They are as good a quality as any others. The best feature is that I can half way close them, making sure my back plate is straight, then close them completely. I bought them to replace my stainless steel quick release buckles, which always manage to cut, nick, or scrape a finger.

good for travel

Lighter than stainless steel buckled cam bands so good for a travel kit. A friction pad would be nice, but you can't beat the price on these.

XS Scuba Tank Bands Conversion Kit Review - Scuba Gear Reviews

These tank bands are an excellent value. They are well made and light weight compared to stainless steel buckles on other tank bands. Some would say that composite buckles are a potential failure point. There is that potential, however as an instructor the most common failure point of a jacket bcd I have observed is the padding or the integrated weight pockets wearing and allowing the weights to come out.

Great cam bands

I ordered these Cam Bands after one broke on one of my backpacks. These are much better than the original band and they hold the tank very securely. I used one to replace the broke band and the other to upgrade the band on another backpack. Good quality and good piece of gear.

Excellent Product

Replaced heavier cam bands/buckles with these and very satisfied. Lightweight but well constructed and the webbing is soft enough that adjustments are easy and I was able to get a tight fit. Plan to buy another set. Great price.

great cam bands. I have had a set of XS cam bands for many years. My wife is now diving & I set her system up with these cam bands. Everything about works. The buckels, rubber tank protectors and even the straps, last a long time

Whether you need a cylinder cam band for your pony bottle or your primary cylinder XS Scuba has a cam band for all your needs. The Cam Bands - Pair - Short Length fits 4.0" to 5.0" (10.2cm to 12.7cm) diameter cylinders, and the Cam Bands - Pair - Standard Length fits 6.9" to 8.0" (18.4cm to 20.3cm) diameter cylinders.

Both bands use nylon with glass fill injection-molded corrosion resistant cam buckles with stainless steel wire. Webbing is 2" (5.1cm) wide nylon with hook and loop to streamline the strap once cam is engaged to hold cylinder. Buckle is anchored to the webbing with a double box stitch for security and durability. The Standard Band measures 40" (101.6cm) and the Short Band measures 26" (66cm).
