Scuba Tank Auxiliarly Handles

The product works OK on cylinders with a sufficiently neck to which they can be connected. For me that was my steel 100s. My AL80s are another story. There is not enough neck for the product to connect firmly and it therefore swivels. Not a real issue, more of a nuisance.
