Not ocean compatible

I bought this backpack just to play in the backyard pool and for that, it's ok. It's easy to put on and take off. It's comfortable to wear. The reason I only gave it two stars is the clasp that holds the tank to the backpack is impossible to tighten enough to keep the tank from sliding or shifting. Yes, I tried to adjust it while it was wet as the instructions recommend. I also tried to adjust it when it was dry, that didn't do any better. I wouldn't trust this to take it through surf on a beach dive. It's strictly a calm water, pool environment piece of equipment.
