The Highland Vortex Octopus is a high-performance second stage regulator designed to match the breathing quality of the Vortex primary. This pneumatically balanced octopus delivers smooth, consistent airflow, making it an ideal backup dive regulator for recreational or technical divers. Its bright yellow purge cover and 40 in Miflex hose provide visibility and flexibility in emergency situations.

Precision Adjustability and Freeze-Resistant Design
Built for cold water and challenging conditions, this technical diving octopus includes a heat exchanger around the internal valve and a limited-throw purge button to reduce the chance of freeze-up. The inhalation resistance control knob lets you fine-tune the airflow, while the integrated venturi switch allows you to shut off venturi assist when the regulator is not in use. Fully left/right reversible with a conversion kit, the Highland Vortex Octopus adapts easily to sidemount or custom configurations.
