Not the best

The velcro as a closure is very poor. I have decided to copy the design and make one of these instead of using this pouch. The bag is also very small in volume. A better design would be to have a flap of material cover the opening with velcro and have a clip attached to the pouch and the flap to prevent the bag from accidental opening.

Not functional

Very difficult to open underwater. Impossible with one hand. Will hold SMB but not finger spool. I continue to try it but most of time sits on my work bench.

Not big enough to carry SMB

This is not a secure bag underwater; it fastens to your BCD or butt-plate along the long edge, but opens on the short edge, is only held closed by velcro (which loses capability with repeated exposure to water), and does not open wide enough for a standard 6' SMB, let alone to include a spool. Cannot use it underwater as a result. I am putting the two I ordered up for resale on the local divers' FB page, useless to me.

Not exactly streamlined...

I bought this mesh pouch for my 6-foot DAN SMB and finger reel, but only the SMB fits. Barely. Despite the generous placement of grommets, none works well enough with my Cressi travel BC to leave a very trim result. So for now, I'll just keep stuffing my "sausage" and reel in a BC pocket.
