The fin straps were easy to attach to my fins. They appear very well made and durable. But I could not give them 5 stars because they seem to be different lengths. The strap I have on my right fin keeps coming off my bootie heel during the dive while the left one stays put! I was hoping these would make my fins easier to put on in the skiff when diving from live aboard dive boats. They are easier to get on and much less likely to break than my previous rubber straps. But I already bought the smallest size available in this style and I tightened them up as short as possible but the right strap still comes off my heel. I am considering whether to switch to a new fin strap, go back to the rubber ones or buy new booties that are slightly larger so the strap would be more likely to stay on my heels. These straps were fairly expensive and I am very sad that they don't stay on. I was so sure they would be perfect due to the length I ordered.

These replaced the original straps on the scubapro split fence . The loop split . These have a pool tab..they slid off the boot easily and our easy to adjust. there is one fine tune hole for adjusting the bracket and length. Good value and good product.

There are cheaper spring straps available but I needed the accurate description they provided about the size. I picked the smallest because I have long skinny feet that slide way down into my Mares fins. I am diving them now in Bali - rocky shore entries. They fit and I am glad I read the directions because they lock onto Mares post fins with the addition of another screw. I don’t see this available with other spring straps. I do wish they had the rubber heal and hand hold of some other brands but these are working good for me.

SCan’t tell you how much easier these thing make getting in and out of my fins. As a DM I’m in and out a lot. I will never have a pair of fins without them in the future.

Super easy to install and will most likely outlast my fins for sure. They were slightly too long (should of ordered the 8") but with the proper tools and patience they were easily modified down to 9" Which fits nice and snug.

They work great, its good to not have to worry about a fin strap breaking when you are 40 miles offshore. makes it quick and easy to pop your fins on and off. CC

Well made, easy to install. The full pin attachment feels more secure than other designs. The half size adjustment is valuable when you are borderline on the size and need to account for a boot or boots of varying thickness. For classic fins like Jets and Rockets these are a must. Note that while these are easy to install there is some work involved in getting the standard buckles removed from the Jet Fins. Having a pair of End Cutters to clip the pins (wear safety glasses) makes this much easier.

The tab to pull the springs on is way too short. I had to make a longer tab. Otherwise, the product is excellent.

cut off the silly little tabs, and use a drop of lock-tite on the threads

I wear size 10 neoprene aqualung 5m so i use xl OMS or Jet Fin and need to use 8" xs springs. From post to post my fins mesure 13" and the 8" is actually 10" from post to post. So very snug fit.

I used the large post buckles with Cressi Pro-Light fins and had to secure them with cable tie for fear of the straps detaching from the fins. Perhaps the straps work better with other model fins

These are without a doubt the best spring heel straps on the market. For the past few years I had used the Halcyon spring heel straps on my Jet fins and always worried about the metal post popping out of the clip. All that holds them on is about an eighth of an inch which you are supposed to "burr" so it can't pull through but who has the tools to do that? These XS Scuba spring heel straps are secured to the fin via a bolt and locking nut. You can ratchet them down real tight and will never have to worry about them coming loose or popping out. They look great also. I wear a size 11 shoe and the 10" straps with Jet fins are a perfect fit. You just can't go wrong with these...

Comes with various adapters. Spring is covered and has nice pull tab for reaching back and down to ease removal in water.

great spring straps .remember to add 2 inches to the length for the buckels .they only give the spring length on the packaging.

These straps were easy to install & are permanently mounted so you don't have to worry about them popping off their button. They make fin donning/doffing a one handed quick & easy process.

Me and my girlfriend use to get in bad arguments whenever she use try to put on her Scuba Pro Twin Jet Max fins. She would get so frustrated. I got tired of them ruining our dives and days off so I decided to buy these. She loves them and even acts like she loves me. Now she can get her fins on and off faster than I can. She doesn't have an excuse to be mean to me anymore.

Most spring strap systems are designed for a fin or style of fin strap attachment. XS Scuba takes the guess work out of knowing it fits. Universal Spring Fin Straps Kit contains 3-styles of 316 stainless-steel buckles bound to fit whatever fin you have. old school buckles for Turtle, Power, Frog, Twin Jet and others (see SKU's: XSSFTE, XSSFP, CSBFFP SCPFTM) large post buckles fit most modern fins and even a Small Post for Atomics (see SKU's: ATMFX1, ATMFS, ATMFB).
Springs are built-to-last manufactured from .025" (6.35mm) diameter stainless-steel with an internal cave line to limit overstretching of the spring. Fin strap is covered in heavy-duty nylon tube webbing, with a large sure-grip pull tab for ease of putting on and taking off. Straps are easy to install and come in 3-spring lengths of 8", 10" or 12" (20.3cm, 25.4cm or 30.5cm) with overall strap and buckle lengths of 10.5", 12.5" or 14.5" (26.7cm, 31.8cm or 36.8cm). So, if you want the benefits of a spring fin strap these are the ones you want.
