Solid BCD. This is my first BCD. The two negatives on it are the tank band and the pockets. The tank band is a poor design that I will end up replacing with an aftermarket band. The zipper pockets are difficult to open and get inside of while underwater with gloves on.

Great for diving, great for travel. Nice minimalist feel when wearing it, with snug, comfortable fit and nicely streamlined In the water with the bungeed air cell. Lighter than my old BCD, so had to ad a few pounds for diving, but worked great for traveling. Love the weight pockets vertical design, didn't push me forward on the surface.

Does not do well at the surface. Seems to float face down.

Great BDC, had no issues with it on the 6 dives that I have taken it on. It IS a little bulky for packing but the comfort it provides and the attached storage pockets make it worth it.

Purchased as a gift for my son and he picked it out. He’s very happy with it and I was happy that it arrived in time for Christmas. Thanks!

The scorpion BCD is very comfortable to wear and is great for traveling. Most back inflate BCD’s don’t have pockets, but this one does. The pockets are bid enough for extra items. The locking weight system in the rear works great and eliminates any buoyancy problems at the surface (it doesn’t tip you forward). The one thing I would like to see added would be trim pockets.

Just christened my latest LeisurePro purchase in Cozumel's crystalline currents: my Cressi Scorpio BCD. What a delight! Most comfortable, easiest to don/doff, simplest to handle BCD I've owned in 40 years of diving. Clipped on my Sola divelight & divetool & GoProHero & safety reel+buoy...all my favorite toys...and still had two empty, roomy pockets. Verticle back-mounted weight pockets made all the difference in comfort & streamlining. My only regret is that there is no inflator/octopus that will fit, so I can't be quite as streamlined as I was with my prior Zuma BC. But THANKS. LEISURPRO!

Amazing BCD , I really love it. it is very light and comfortable, I buy at the beginning only for travel but now is my main BCD.
The Scorpion jacket is an impressively light high-buoyancy rear-mounted BC, anatomically designed for maximum comfort and wear-ability. Its main features are its detachable harness and air cell. The rear-mounted air cell interferes neither with the main underwater component nor with the adjustment straps, not even when it is in¬ ated to the maximum: this means extra freedom of movement and buoyancy for the diver. The special air cell compression strap guarantees extra quick de¬ ation and volume control. The ultralight semi-rigid harness ensures optimal stability and high comfort with its air-net fabric. Its integrated Cressi Flat-Lock-Aid Weight System makes extra easy to release the pockets.
The air cell exterior is made from durable 420D nylon with an internal urethane laminated radio frequency (RF) welded seam design. The vertical (gravity) mount weight pockets with zipper closures will instantly release weight in an emergency. The weight pockets have a 10 lbs (4.5kg) capacity each. Buoyancy control is provided with Cressi's streamline Next Generation Anatomical Power Inflator with cable activated pull dump valve and 3/8" threaded quick disconnect hose. The BCD has three over-pressure relief/dump valves with two located on the left and right shoulders and a third lower valve on the rear right of the air cell. All three can be manually dumped two with pull cords and the other with the power inflator mechanism.
Attachment and storage of accessory items is made easy with the two 2" (50mm) aluminum D-rings on the shoulder straps and two 1" (25mm) on the pockets. Pockets have zippered closures with branded pull tabs for easy access. The Scorpion BCD has an ultralight semi-ridged harness with adjustable shoulder, sternum and waist straps. All straps are equipped with squeeze-style side-release buckles for easy donning and doffing. BCD provides 29.2 lbs to 33.7 lbs (13.24 kg to 15.3kg) of lift and weighs from 5.3 to 5.8 lbs (2.4 to 2.65kg) depending on size. Scorpion comes with an owner's manual.
