Having weights on my back makes me fall on my back. Having a 26-inch waist makes weight belts difficult. I had a pocket-integrated weight belt nearly fall off of me once. I bought a medium, and it fit my small frame excellently. My waist is 26 inches with 34 inch hips. I like how these integrated weights are further up on the body. The small integrated weight pockets have been on backorder for the longest time, but I am so happy that I went with a medium. The weight pockets have not fallen out despite aqualung weight pockets being known to fall out. I only use 3 to 4 pounds per pockets and put the rest of the weights into the trim pockets in the back. I have only had 18 dives with these, and so far so good.

I've had a Rogue BCD for a while and loved it, but the weight integrated waistbands are a game changer. They still have all the pockets and features of the regular waistbands, but without the hassle of having to vertically mount your weight pouches on your lower back. Don't get a Rogue without these!

Perfect Addition to the Rogue BCD

You decided to go with a fully customized BCD concept that Aqualung provides with the ModLock technology Rouge Backpack Style BCD so, you started with the air cell, back, and shoulder assemblies (see SKU's: UDRRAC, UDRRBA, UDRRSA) and now you need to choose a Waistband Assembly. Made from durable proprietary fabrics, webbing and impact resistant hardware the Waistband Assembly is available in three sizes for complete customization and will fit any of the air cells and back assembly you choose.
Included Patented SureLock II Weight System - allows you to easily insert the weight pouch and an audible click lets you know the weights are secure in the BCD. Once engaged, the weights can be released with a firm pull of the handle. The SureLock II weight pockets can accommodate 20 lbs. (9 kg) capacity. Waistband comes complete with and adjustable waist strap with squeeze-style side-release buckle and hook and loop closure pockets. The left side waistband has knife mounting grommets on pocket flap. ModLock connectors easily click into place and are simply unlocked with a small tool such as a key or pen. If you want Aqualung Rogue Waistband (see SKU: UDRRWB).
