Great customer service and website compared to a couple other sites I was on.

I have not received my product yet, however I must say that from the website being easy to use and the very timely e mail responses. I am happy. I had to call and resolve a problem on my end. The representative was very compitenet. I was not put on hold and she was fast. She saw in my notes that I was really wanting the products by the weekend. She let me know the product would ship today and I would receive it by Thursday. I didn't even have to ask. (Wow) I will definitely use this company in the future because of this. Keep up the good work!
