Product works well and adjusts to changing temperature quickly. Much easier to read than an analog mercury thermometer however it is little difficult to read in direct sunlight, You must cycle through a Celsius reading (just one button push, but annoying). And you must make sure it is upright in the pool, It will stay on its side (and be useless) if you just throw it in the water. The bottom tube should be heavier.

Doesn't float upright. There are better options for the cost. Readout doesn't stay on very long after pressing the button.
