I have an older Imprex BCD, lightly used and in great shape, but it never had a sternum strap. Something I had come to find very useful on other BCD's I had used. Small as it is, it helped a lot in stability and fitting. I bought this hoping it would have some kind of end connections such as the strap looping around the shoulder straps and fastening to itself. This only has connections that would work great if your BCD already has small loops sewn into the the shoulder straps. Believing the idea behind this was to add a sternum strap to a BCD that otherwise never had one. I was able to get it to work by using zip ties, attaching each end to the shoulder strap buckles. I used black ties so it doesn't show. It works, but isn't the most optimal way to do it.

So, it worked . . . was a bit hard to get it on the BC . . . what is there to say???
