Nylon Lycra Blend Cap
I prefer the Nylon caps because they don't pull your hair. It dries fast and easy maintenance. Very easy to put on or take off.

Love Lycra for Saving My Hair!

Hair saver
I've been swimming for well over a decade. Decided to try one of these caps and I really like it. I started putting conditioner on my hair before the workout. Then I put on this cap to give my hair some breathing room. Then I put the regular silicone cap on over it. It works very well. You know how the silicone (or latex) caps kind of pull your hair? Well if you add this cap under the silicone cap, it doesn't pull it. I will continue with this process and think it will keep my hair healthier.

works well with long hair
My daughter's hair is past her bottom, and quite thick. She found it relatively easy to get her braided or ponytailed hair completely under the cap, and with no other person's help needed.
