About Salvimar Max Reel

If you want to shoot big fish, you need a reel. A large fish can pull your spear gun right out of your hand when it gets shot. The fish will begin to sound and when it does the fishes strength can take you for a ride. If you are not on Scuba this could become a problem very fast without a reel. The Salvimar Max Reel a new horizontal mount reel that is built to last. Made from 30% fiberglass loaded nylon, stainless steel and Delrin this high strength spool is ready for some fishing action. Reel has a high-pressure smooth drag system and is compatible with all Salvimar spear guns. Axil, line guide and hardware are all corrosion resistant stainless steel. Reel can handle up to 246' x 0.05" (75 meters x 1.5mm) line. The reel diameter is 3.35" (85mm) with a height of 1.8" (45mm).
