Too loose in the arms, not warm enough

I try to avoid neoprene, and Sharkskin products have allowed me to dive with no more than 2 pounds per pocket (I'm 5'1", 110 lbs). Sizing of this This well-made Sharkskin Titanium 2 long-sleeve front zip top was very difficult to size. On paper I am a Size 4, but had to return it because it was way too small in the torso. Size 6 was also too snug. Size 8 did fit, but was a little too loose in the arms in the water. This "5 mm equivalent" barely sufficed In Bonaire at the end of last month (February, 2024, 80F/27C) over my O'Neill long-sleeve thermo top and Sharkskin hooded vest. I lost too much heat in the arms. I anticipate that in colder Catalina/Monterey, CA's summer 65F/18C water, I'll have to layer it over a 3 mil neoprene wetsuit or change into a dry suit.
