However it is quite large and less than ideal for this purpose. This bag is for your fins, mask snorkel , bcd, etc to carry to/from the dive/snorkel site. It will let the water out and keeps everything together in the dunk tank. It is made of a mesh material to let the water drain. It will not keep your tee shirt clean. Your wallet and keys can be stored in the attached bag, but it is not waterproof. I use a tube bag, which is waterproof, for what you describe and is less expensiveBRIAN L : There is no dry storage with this bag, front pocket is semi dry but that is all and it is to small to hold any clothes. Will this bag hold a full set of scuba gear or would you recommend another?ROSS N : Yes this bag will hold all of the gear for one person, if you go up to a 5 mil of higher then a larger bag is needed. ScubaPro Mesh Sack Backpack Bag Review - Scuba Gear Reviews

Used it on our recent trip, it was one of my carryons on the plane. A lot easier than the regular bag I carried before. Held both my wifes snorkel gear and mine easily. The other zippered and Velcro compartments were real handy.

Scubapro Mesh bag

looks great, well built, but would not hold all my dive gear. bcd would not go in so just wore it off the boat. got this to replace my duffle bag style which did hold everything.

Good Quality, a tad on the small side.

Got this bag for my wife's gear, as with most ScubaPro items, it is of very good quality. I was a little surprised that it was to me on the small side, but her gear fits fine. I tend to always end up carrying more than I need in my Akona mesh bag anyways.

Travel is a major part of diving and Scubapro appreciates the importance of correctly transporting and protecting your equipment. The great thing about a mesh bag is that when you get to the wash tank on the dock after a day of diving you can submerge the entire bag in the tank and rinse you gear while still in the bag. This feature also allows you to bring your travel gear bag when security is an issue and once you arrive at your diving destination you can transfer you gear to the mesh bag and use it instead of getting the travel bag wet.

The Scubapro Mesh Sack Bag is manufactured with durable, soft mesh material and has YKK double slider saltwater resistant nylon zippers. The bag can be folded up into its own front pocket for storage ready for use yet compact enough to carry in your travel bag. The large top opening has a drawstring top closure with barrel lock and makes packing and unpacking quick and easy. Bag is also handy for day snorkel trips. The mesh sack is equipped with padded adjustable backpack straps for easy transport around docks and boats.
