RENE N : Can this fit on the knife grommets on the pocket of the Scubapro Glide BCD???IAN R : Unfortunately no.
Shopper : I see mixed reviews about the mako knife falling out of the sheath while diving. Any experience?Dave B : I've had mine for 3 years and over 150 dives. Marcelo M : Hi, can I use a SEAC Knife on the knife attachment ???MIKA F : You might have to drill a couple holes. The knife attachment is specifically designed to fit scuba pro newer model knives like the mako.Brad H : The mounting holes are a standard width apart so they should fit most small knife holders but the screws for this mount go through the case and into the mount from the top, so the case has to have access. I used a aqualung deep sea squeeze. That size knife was great but I had to drill two small holes in the case to mount it

Simple Install with Flexible Placement

The install process on the BCD is very simple for either the right or left-hand side. The installation brackets angle the knife handle away from the body so that the knife draw process does not put your hoses or wet suit at risk for accidental puncture. Returning the knife to the holder is very easy because the mounting points do not shift around.

Must have for the Hydros BCD.

A must have if you want to attach your Scuba Pro knife to your Hydros BCD. Only complaint is I think for the cost of the knives you would get this included. Attached great to the weight pocket and no more fidgiting with the knife on my calf. It’s just right there now if needed.
