KEITH C : Are these Scuba Pro Jet fins US coast guard approved and if so where is that documented? The YMCA requires that approval for me to use them in their pool.darrick c : Hello Keith, that you would need to get from the manufacture directly.

Shopper : I wear a 10.5 american male shoe.  what size jet fin should I chose?Jason P : If you are wearing thick boots, XL. If you are wearing warm water booties or dive socks, L. I'm a 10.5 and I use these for winter diving with ScubaPro 6.5mm boots and the XL is perfect. But, if I switch to summer dive attire, the XL would be way too big in the diameter of the foot cup.Thomas E : I wear a size 10 and I ordered an XL. They fit great with my sea soft booties.

all around best fins

I bought my Jet Fins back in 1984 and have they have never had any problems. From North Carolina coast wreck diving to Galapagos, Truk, Caymans, Soccoro's, Red Sea, Cooper River and more these fins are known worldwide as quality and durability with controllability and reliability unmatched. Even traveling by boat and air is easier since TSA knows scuba gear with a glance.

My favorite dive fin. Had a pair when I was twelve that my thirteen-year-old son is using now. Very well made (made in the USA) durable, yet very comfortable. This new pair of Scuba Pro fins will likely outlast me.

Just what I needed.

US shoe size = 9.5. Bought a size L... Works great with my 5 mil boot with rubberized sole, and thinner booties as well. But if you're only using a thicker boot sole like my other 6m bootie with full lug sole...you better get the larger size as indicated in the size chart. These perform just as they have for decades. No regrets here!
