I have been using this suit for diving jobs and occasional recreation in Alaska for 4 years now. I went for it because I was not impressed by the traditional DUI suits I was trained in. Im glad I did, this is far better than the old DUI, and they say a drysuit lasts for only a year or two on the job, this one is still in good condition 4 years later. The simi snug fit of the neoprene allows me to swim much faster and efficient than I did with the baggy DUI. The fit also greatly helps prevent air from pooling in the legs when diving or arms when reaching up under boats. I have had to replace the neck seal and when the wrist seals went out I glued gloves on. I have yet to get a hole going all the way through, the thickness of the neoprene and tough fabric prevent it (even if I did thats why God invented aquaseal!). The most worn areas are the expected places: knees, butt, shoulders. Unlike the previous reviewer I wear 30lb of weight, it is buoyant. My one and only complaint is that for safety reasons it is designed to be virtually impossible to zip on your own. That is an annoying problem for me because it is not possible for me to have a dive buddy. I am the only diver for 100 miles, and my customers are not always present so I occasionally have to spend 20 minutes struggling to zip it with a bungee cord while cooking like a polar bear in the desert. Im tempted to knock off a star for that but I know it is to try to get divers to have a partner (seriously I would if I could, I hate diving alone)

A great dry suit for the recreational diver. It includes all features you could need for a very reasonable price.

The suit quality is very high quality and the price is affordable compared to other drysuits on the market. For recreational diving in cool to cold water this suit is hard to beat. It has a great off the shelf fit for moderate to athletic body types. Its very warm, looks and displaces water like a wetsuit while swimming. With twin aluminum 80's, I only needed 3 extra pounds of lead in fresh water for optimal buoyancy compared to my 20 year old 3/2 wetsuit. The loss of buoyancy divers experience with wetsuits at depth was unnoticeable with the Exodry. The latex seals are nice; however, I will be upgrading them with aftermarket ring type silicone seals for the reason of easy replacement if they eventually tear from age. The boots are roomy (and I have 2X wide feet) and easy to walk and fin with, but the rubber sole feels very thin compared to the high quality of the rest of the suit. I fear the sole would puncture if encountering a sharp object on the way to a dive, but that has not been tested by me. It's also possible that the sole is much stronger than it appears and Scubapro just needs to explain it in the marketing. I may find a large slip over shoe for walking to dive sites or boats as a precaution. Overall, this is a very easy drysuit to dive and a great value.

Terrific suit. I strongly suggest going up a size. I’m usually a L-xL on my wetsuits. I got a XXL on this suit and I’m glad I did. With long johns underneath, it’s a perfect fit
