Scubapro Argon Strap Kit, Tank Mount

Argon serves as a better insulator than air. By filling the dry suit with argon, the diver replaces the thinner, more compressible air with denser gas that does not compress nearly as much under a given pressure. This is a very advantageous concept for the dry suit diver. The Scubapro Argon Strap Kit mounts Argon Tanks to primary cylinders. Kit is suitable for single and twin tank diving fitting 6 and 13 cubic feet tanks. Includes 2 tank mount bands for attachment to the main tank and argon tank. Main tank attachment band offers stainless steel cinch bands that flush catches to prevent line snags. Cinch buckle access is protected by the argon tank. Argon tank attachment offers a rubber grip pad, hook and loop strap and lower band with tank neck cradle cord.
