I only had a chance to use it in the pool to check it out. It is easy to set up and to use. We are heading to Bora Bora and Moorea in May and hope to come back with lots of great videos and pictures. I researched options, and this seemed like the best one, if you have an smartphone with a great camera.

The buttons do not work well at all with iPhone 16 pro. Makes it unusable. Wish i didn't buy it.

This is a great product and works great when used properly. Be sure the clips are secured tightly. The first time I used it I did not have one clip snapped snuggly and it leaked but fortunately I caught the problem before it ruined my iPhone. Since then, after checking everything twice before I go in the water it has been the go to tool to helping me get some amazing underwater photos.

This case is AMAZING! Got it in time for our dive trip to Bonaire. It is so easy to use and exceeded my expectations 100 times over. My wife and I took more pictures and videos on this one trip than all of our other dive trips combined with our old GoPro ( approximately 20 dive vacations)!! Easy to use, everything automatically goes right to your photo gallery and astounding clarity! We did buy the red filter and highly recommend getting that. Didn't need additional lighting. We will be getting another one so we can both do our own thing as my wife loves it too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but sometimes I'm just really impressed/distressed with a company and need to share my story. I can't shout Pro-Shot's praises loud enough. My sister bought this case in January and recommended it to me. She used it in a pool, Hawaii, and Myrtle Beach before recommending it. I purchased this case back in April 2023 and went on a Red Sea diving trip in June 2023. Both my sister and I brought iPhones in one of these cases (she had a 12, I had a 13 Pro). This case failed (defective o-ring due to defect) for me, but not my sister. About 50ft down I started seeing leaking water in the case. At ~90ft the case failed catastrophically, filled completely with water, and ruined my 13 Pro. Quality of the case is excellent. It's strong plastic, the case is nice, and the seal design is excellent. What's most important for me is that the product works properly (as in my sister's case - no pun intended). When it doesn't, I appreciate the company standing behind their product. I was worried, to say the least. This company seems legit, but we all know the temporary fate of many Amazon sellers. I figured the warranty was a wish that would never be granted. So I got back to the states and tried to see if they could help. Here's what happened: 1. I notified Pro-Shot. 2. Normal warranty requests (pictures/video/description of issue) AND immediately sent a brand new replacement case. 3. I responded with pictures and videos of the failed o-ring and the defect that caused the leak. 4. They sent me a prepaid label to ship my case back. 5. I shipped it back and it was lost in transit! 6. They reviewed the videos I sent and said that it was OK, they reviewed the submitted pictures/video and they would take care of it as it was able to be verified. 7. After replacing the device at the Apple store out of pocket, I submitted the receipt. 8. Within 48 hours of sending the receipt in, I received a Venmo payment for the full replacement amount of the device. It would have taken less time, but I was slow to respond in my emails. I cannot express how happy I am with this company. My sister got some incredible shots with her iPhone 12 (deepest we went was 115ft/35m) and had no issues. I have a new diving phone camera, a brand new case with an in-tact o-ring, and am planning my next dive to use it. Just because these types of reviews are rampant, I want to point out that ProShot did not pay me or request a quid pro quo for this review in any way. They simply have a great product, an excellent team (Tamara was who helped me and she's incredible), and are an honest and honorable company. 5 stars even with a defective product for how they handled it. Tl;dr: Excellect case, double check all seals before diving, warranty is amazing, company is great!

Bought this because a friend recommended it. It's such a great price compared to other dive cases out there. I took it into the pool to have fun taking pics of my daughter. So easy to get going, I was capturing images and video within 10 minutes of opening the box. So easy.
