Battery pack requires the OTS Battery Charger for RB-11 battery pack (230V, 50/60 Hz), to charge the battery pack in a 14 hour charge time when power supply for charging is 230V 50/60 Hz. The OTS Smart Battery Charger for the RB-11 battery pack (230V, 50/60 Hz) is what you're looking for. This model replaces the OTS RC-15 Charger.
