Just like all things Osprey, this belt is no exception. Only the highest quality with the all the features you want and none of the fluff you don't need.

Much smaller than the Seral 7 and therefore accommodates smaller loads without the bulk of the Seral. The water bladders are small one, or two, drinks each. The fabric is likely spandex as it is very stretchy. I like it for a smaller hip pouch. It is very versatile. Comfort is very good. Longevity is unknown at this point.

Only problem is it is difficult to get the bottles out and back in while running. I have to turn the bag so it's in front of me instead of behind.

Fantastic hydration belt! It comfortably fits my iPhone12 and extra storage for nutrition. For the size, it doesn't bounce when running. The soft flasks are easier to return to their holster while running. It does take some getting used to allowing gravity to help them into place instead of forcing the flasks.

This is a good solution for running in conditions where some water is needed (2 x 375 ml, I think) and you need to stash a few things. I carry a dog leash and dog treats in the side pockets. I carry a collapsible dog bowl in the back pocket and a windbreaker too. The waist adjustment straps stash into a pocket on the belt and occasionally need to be re-stuffed into the pocket but that's not really a big deal. Once you drink from a soft-sided bottle, you have to stuff that bottle back into the bottle holder pocket and then fish it out the next time but that's not a big deal either. What's great about this is how snuggly it fits, no shaking around once you've got it on and tight. If need be, the windbreaker/shell being carried can be stowed on the outside and things like food can take up more space in the main pocket. For, say, up to 1.5 - 2 hours, this is a great running pack.

Perfect option for those seeking a waist pack to carry the essentials on short runs or bike rides. I don't use the flasks that came with the pack. However, the super stretchy mesh does easily fit my 16oz. water bottle - great for a hot lap after work on my mountain bike. The internal pockets keep my phone, keys and wallet super stable, and the material is ultra-breathable. Would definitely recommend this product.
