OMS Side Mount Adapter Plate/Mount
OMS SideMount Adapter. Very easy to install, just like any other OMS plate or mount. The attachment point sags a bit, but it is nothing to worry about. Very comfortable, would recommend to people who like their OMS system, but want to incorporate side mount.
Great Sidemount starter tool
This is a great tool for those divers looking to have the ability to dive Sidemount. It allows those divers with limited budgets to dive sidemount or beginner sidemount divers with traditional gear to start them down the right path. I have used this for my kids who dive plates & wings and are still growing and I use this for some of my students learning Sidemount. Well worth the money. Understand this item is not a permanent tool for sidemount but a great transitional tool.
The OMS Profile II Side-Mount Rec Adapter is designed for the open water side-mount diver. This mount allows the diver to mount the adapter on a variety of wings and harness systems. Book screws are required (not included see SKU: OMSBS22) to hold the adapter in place on an IQ or Back Plate (see SKU's: OMSIQ, OMSSSBP and OMSSSPH). The Rec Adapter has multiple 1" (25mm) stainless steel D-rings (6) that are provided for bungees or other accessory attachment. The compact profile allows the Profile II Adapter to fit easily on double cylinder configurations. Slots allow divers to mount single cylinders and carry Deco gases. Re-Breather divers can carry bailout bottles in a side-mount configuration. The Adapter is made from durable nylon materials.
