Shopper : Why Did You Choose This?NATHANIEL W : I just bought a new OMS Smartstream Wing and Backplate BCS. The book screws will give me an option for mounting my single cylinder tank. I have a single cylinder adaptor which attaches to the backplate with 2 wing nuts. 2 book screws should let me lose the adaptor plate. I enjoy customizing my dive gear to work for me.

About OMS Book Screw 7/8" 22mm

Forged out of stainless-steel primarily used to connect a metal backplate to a multitude of OMS items such as an IQ Backpack, all of OMS BC wings, back pads, single tank adapters(STA) and more. Book Screws can also be used to mount inflation systems to the back plate. They fit a standard 3/8" hole on back plates. They are sold in singles. The 22mm is generally for attaching three grommet items and the back plate. Example would be attaching a soft STA, wing (see SKU's: OMSPMW, OMSPDW, OMSDBB6, OMSSB6C, OMSSB6, OMSSBB45, PCKOMS2) IQ pack and the back plate (SKU's: OMSABP, OMSABPH, OMSIQC, OMSIQ, OMSSSBP, PCKOMS1). Great save-a-dive-kit item.
