My girlfriend and I both have these mask and we love them. Never fog up and very easy to use. Also, Ocean Reef had a recall on something on these mask in 2018. They reached out to us and said we would like us to send them in so they could fix the recall. I told them we were leaving on a dive trip in a few weeks and we will send them in after the trip. They were nice enough to actually send us 2 new mask within a couple days. There customer service was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be buying from them in the future.

I really like the mask. The additional SAV add-on and quick disconnect kit are an absolute necessity in my opinion. Sizing: I am 6' and slender. I wear a size 7 hat size and I figured the S/M size would fit me. When I got the S/M if fit my 9yr old son perfectly but not even close for me. I had to return it for a M/L size.

Had to add weights to compensate for added air volume, breathing caused inside of mask to be too warm, my mouth became too dry because I couldn't intake sea water to wet my whistle. Difficult to transport when traveling by air. Other than that it is OK.

I own two ocean reef masks and use then year round. No better way to dive. Company is awesome to deal with as well. Stop the dry mouth!

The full-face mask is a good start but needs to be improved. I found that I consumed more air with this mask than with regular masks. However, talking with my honey is GREAT!

I've recently dove with one of these masks because I seriously wanted to buy one. My instructor, a commercial diver who uses one for work, ran me through a host of exercises with it including remove-don-and-clear, bailouts, dump-and-dive, buddy-gear-swap, flood-and-clear. The mask is awesome for anti-fog, sealing, view and most aspects. The biggest cons were regulator somewhat free flows when looking downward which consumes a lot of air if not careful, the ambient air valve is too low you really use when floating on the water, and the quick connect air hose can easily come unplugged if it catches on something (like it did on my BCD strap during a dump-and-dive drill. For safety, you will always need to carry a back-up mask and have an actual octo or pony bottle instead of the spare octo on the BC inflator. This is a definite drill-until-its-instinct kind of product if you want to use it safely. If you struggle with removing your mask and regulator under water, doning and clearing it again then this is not the mask for you. Those tasks do not get easier.

while i dont currently have a full opinion of the ocean reef neptune space g.divers full face maskim still using a far greater amount of air as compared to a regular regulator and face mask, i very happy with the savings that buying "demo" provided. i noticed no wear on the masks and all of the extras came with the masks. (lph, warranty, carrying bag, etc.)

I love this mask, words can't even begin to describe how great it is. Diving with a full face mask is just amazing compared to a normal mask and rig setup. I love how well this mask fits, even with my facial hair it seals really well. And the glasses attachment works fantastic with the mask. If your looking for a full face mask thats not to expensive yet is really good quality I would definitely go Ocean Reef.

I debated for a long time on buying the FFM due to the price and additional addons needed. I added the surface air valve and swivel quick disconnect. And attached to my aqua lung 1st stage. I've only used it on a couple of dives so far and I doubt I will ever go back to using a conventional regulator. It don't flood, it don't fog, and the visibility is better then any conventional mask. Clearing the ears is very easy once it is set up correctly which took some time adjusting it and practicing donning and doffing the FFM. You breather either through your nose or mouth without any issues. Clears very easily during the training for removing and donning underwater. Another good feature I discovered which is not widely talked about is while at the surface in rough water it performs awesomely if you open the surface valve, by just tilting my head to the left in rough water any water that does enter the mask just goes to the chin area and as soon as i breath out normally the water evacuates the mask never reaching the mouth or nose area and I don't need to carry around a snorkel to use while waiting on the boat.

I love this FFM. In fact I dont think I'll go back to a regulator anytime soon. Very solid performing whether on ice dives, or wrecks. Get the surface air valve and disconnect though. Really is a awesome set up worth every cent. No more spit! Never fogs. Great field of vision, and you can breath through your nose.

This mask does what it says it does, I used this mask in saba and it performed like a charm. The only thing I wish it was a little lighter. Quick and easy to put on once you get used to it.

I've now completed my fourth dive with my new Neptune FFM. It's PHENOMENAL - on a boat dive. It fits comfortably and securely, even with a beard (everyone on the boat expected it to leak like a sieve with my beard - it didn't at all). It's incredibly comfortable, and does NOT fog. Easy to clear (I flooded it intentionally) as well, though you have to hold your breath a bit. You MUST spend a decent amount of time setting up the nose plugs BEFORE your first dive. If you do that, it's super easy to clear your ears. I am using it with my existing Zeagle primary, and only add-on I bought was the SAV (surface air valve) and the quick disconnect fittings. One issue I had though - on the surface, the SAV is on the bottom of the mask, and as such makes a long surface swim a bit of a pain, as you either have to hold your head high, or swim exclusively on your back. If you're considering it - do it!

I have used my ffm in pool dives and several ocean dives. The product is great, nice fit to my face, great comfort with the silicone seal against my skin/face. The only small negative is that it need to be adjusted with weight to be more neutral in water, i found out that my mask in salt water neded about 350-400 grams of led weights inside the mask. If i did not use the weights, i would be pretty tired in my neck after 20min of diving due to it's boyancy.

I have used mask type and another and found the OCean Reef to be an excellent mask, no problems at all, Awesome Vis, No Fogging and no leaking. Have had a blast using it, now looking at buying my own FFM. I would highly reccomend this mask, but as a diving Instructor would also highly recommend training for its use prior to diving. You MUST practice donning and removing the mask while underwater prior to diving and always carry a spare mask in your pocket for use with your Octo if ever you are required to bail out of the FFM (Which is very rare).

This is a great mask that offers a whole new way to dive. I wasn't going to write a review but after seeing such a negative review from someone I had to because I wouldn't want anyone to miss out on something like this if they were thinking about it. It is just like breathing on land and the range of visibility is far better than a conventional mask. As far as the ignorant statement from a negative review I read you do not have to use their 1st stage for the mask. It does state that you have to use it in their manual but I called the rep for Ocean Reef in California and they said you may use it with any 1st stage of your choice, and that they themselves use other 1st stages with this mask while diving with them. As far as the add ons are concerned they are "add ons"; you do not have to purchase any of them and the mask is ready to dive with as is. I do however recommend the surface air value as it helps you conserve air while on the surface. The octopus adapter is not necessary and it takes the place of the surface air value. If you choose that as an add on instead it allows you to breathe off of your oct if your primary fails without removing the mask and it is priced at $38 from Ocean Reef direct. I prefer the SAV and there is a skill video located on [@] instructing you on how to breathe off of a regular oct if the situation should arise. Watch the video first to make sure this FFM is right for you but it truly brings diving to a whole new level and is well worth the money and all you need to dive is this mask with any 1st stage and you are ready to go.

I did end up returning this mask,[...] When you get the mask it automatically needs expensive add ons. You need to buy the specific 1st Stage, you also need to buy the Oct adapter, why you would even sell a mask without this I am not sure. This mask is not usable when you receive it, at least not safely.
