Love this snorkel. Comfortable and works as it should. The clip was extremely unpleasant with my long hair, so I got a neoprene snorkel keeper for a few bucks from Amazon and used a flat head screwdriver to pop the clip off. Problem solved

Works great, haven't had any problems with it. The valve closes once you submerge. "You won't be disappointed". You get what you pay for "Quality and Reliability"

This snorkel worked as described. No water was able to get into the snorkel. When the snorkel is "closed" you are not able to breath. This is something to get used to.

Worked great for snorkeling. A bit heavy and pulled on my soft Atomic Venom mask straps a bit. But great snorkel for snorkeling. I'd likely choose an all silicone plain snorkel for scuba. Like the XS Scuba Cargo snorkel.

I use this product for recreational snorkeling. My friend, who is a frequent snorkeler recommended it to me after a pro recommended it to him. Before I had this snorkel, I wouldn't dare dive while snorkeling. I sometimes found snorkeling to be a little stressful (didn't grow up around the ocean). This snorkel changed everything for me. It fits great, and water does not get in. If you've ever had any issues with snorkels...I just didn't have any with this one.

I'm new to SCUBA, this was the recommended snorkel by our instructor. It does keep dry, and works like a charm. My son did have to rinse his after snorkeling in the surf as the purge valve got a grain of sand stuck in it. It cleared out fine. We now have three--one for my son, my wife and I.

Great snorkel! I purchased this for a upcoming vacation in a warm region for the hassle free dive experience. I have been using it at local lakes and it works perfect! This is really a "no joke" dry snorkel. I took it to Salt Springs in Florida to test it out. After going to the bottom numerous times and not having any water in the snorkel I finally had to take snorkel out of my mouth to "taste" if the the water was salty. This product lives up to its description!

I use this for extensive snorkeling which often is near breakers along reefs, so the ultra dry snorkel really helps prevent wave splashes and surges from flooding the snorkel. I find it somewhat uncomfortable, both from the shape of the mouthpiece and the angle of the snorkel, which presses against my mouth. I often snorkel for 2+ hours at a time, so this gets unpleasant after time. I owned this snorkel previously and it broke after 20+ hours of use, so I hope this one will work for much longer than that.

I purchased this snorkel with the Oceanic Mako 2 mask and used them on a recent trip to the British Virgin Islands. I didn't want to spend a lot, because I only snorkel once or twice a year, but I wanted a good quality mask and snorkel set. I was very happy with the quality of both products and they were very reasonably priced. I didn't have any problems with the snorkel (purge, flooding, etc). I was very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend these products.

I like to stow the snorkel on my BC when diving. It was quick and easy to clip onto the mask when on the surface. It was drier than my previous dry snorkel.

This is a great Snorkel, I used it in Hawaii,Cazumel, and Los Cabos for both Diving and Snorkeling with the Wife and Kids. I lost it in Hawaii so I bought four, replace the one I lost and three for the wife and kids. Even my wife loved it. In the calm of the Cove or the Swells no water gets in absolutely no water. Simply put thus far its the best.

I wouldn't generally write a review on such a simple and basic piece of equipment, but this snorkel deserves it. Of all the snorkels I've owned or used, this is by far the best one. The ergonomic design allows it to fit comfortably without jaw fatigue while in use, and drops completely out of the way when not in use. When going under water it stays dry, and if water does get in it is easily cleared with the smallest of a purge.

I am a beginning diver who was recommended this snorkel by a buddy of mine who is a Master Diver. This snorkel does exactly what its suppose to do. Absolutly NO water enters this snorkel what so ever, and just in case some water enters through the mouthpiece while diving at depth it has a well constructed purge valve. I keep it clipped to my mask while I dive with the included snorkel keeper and it easily shifts back and out of the way until I need it at the surface. I never notice it while underwater. It has an adjustment slide so you dont have to worry about it being uncomfortable in your mouth when attached to your mask. It is very flexible but does a great job of staying about the water and it looks great too!

It will stay dry but if you breath too hard too fast the valve will close and you will not be able to breath, slow steady breathing works well!

I have found that this dry snorkel does a great job at keeping 90% of the water out of itself. The 10% of water that may get in because of user fault or rogue wave is easily cleared out. I have owned this exact product for 2 years and I'm very satisfied with it. To the tune of never swallowing sea water with it while snorkeling. The only minor issue that I have is the top edge of the mouth piece would give me a "paper cut" right on the slit of skin inside of the mouth right under the nose, after a day of snorkeling. I'm thinking of filing/trimming the top edge of the mouth piece to smooth it out. All in all, I think this dry snorkel is a keeper, as it's very good doing its trick.
