I don't like the velcro type snorkel keeper. Not that easy to attach to my mask.

Quality built, folds up nice and small to fit in a pocket. That small size has a downside - the baffles on the top are cut low in the tube, so if my head dips just barely under the surface, I start to suck in water down the tube. Could do to be a bit longer, or a different style of baffle.

Fits in one of my back BCD trim pockets so that it's there if I ever need it. Great that it comes with it's own elastic band to hold the snorkel together.

Works okay/pretty well as a snorkel. Love that it's compact and will fit in my BC pocket. I changed the snorkel keeper/clip to an Ocean hook & loop version, which allows me to keep my mask on and simply press the snorkel to the side of my mask strap for a secure connection.

A buddy recommended this pocket snorkel. My mask uses a strap so thin that it will not support a snorkel, plus I don’t like having one hang off my face all the time. There’s a little more breathing effort with this one than a larger bore hard snorkel, and the elastic keeper band is easy to lose, as it is not attached to the snorkel body. Fits in a BC pocket until needed.

I've contacted Oceanic 4 times already. The connector part of this to your mask SUCKS. You have to take your mask strap apart and then LEAVE ON the sharp velcro part ALL THE TIME for the one time every 5 years you may need it (which we all know velcro loves neoprene). Put a NORMAL snorkel attachment that just slides over your mask strap. I tried to use one from an old snorkel, but the barrel of the Oceanic is too large. I've contacted Oceanic several times to get one - and they keep sending me videos of how to attach WITH YOUR NORMAL SNORKEL ATTACHMENT - not this stupid thing.

When you NEED your snorkel you don't want to find out that you pulled it apart coming out of your bc pocket. I thought it was a good idea....it almost drowned me! Use a real snorkel

took this on a recent trip to mexico so that i wouldnt have to have a snorkel dangling off the mask all week. (most divers didnt carry a snorkel at allpadi would be appaled) fits easily in a bc pocket, works well. just what the dive doctor ordered.

Reason for purchase: freedive I wanted a snorkel that would not get tangle and would more or less give in if i got in trouble. To my surprise not only it has the flexibilty but the attachment is VELCRO so in case of serious entangelment I would be free. Best feature = where you slide in the strap from your mask it is a strong VELCRO in trouble will detach.

Leisure Pro is by far the best company on the internet! Fast deliveries, no nonsense returns. They are still in the "lets go all out and win new customers" phase, and they've already been there for quite a while. Couldn't be happier! hope no one dies and F's it up!

I hate having a snorkel on me under the water. This snorkel fits very well in even the smallest pocket space and is very easy to clip on when at the surface.

This is the 2nd Pocket Snorkel I have purchased. The first one is over 10 years old and I still use it. This one was purchased for my wife to replace one that we lost. Just fold it and put it in the BC pocket so you don't have to hassle with it dangling by your face during the dive. Especially useful on strong current dives. When you get to the surface remove from BC pocket and press it on the handy attachment that is on the mask strap and away you go.

Great pocket snorkel - liked so much I purchased a second one for my girlfriend. This is great for a surface swim for a beach dive (we used in Bonaire) or if you come up too far from the boat and need to swim back, but don't want a snorkel dangling your entire dive.

I hate wearing a snorkel since it gets in the way and is rarely used. This snorkel is designed to be kept in your pocket and only used when needed on the surface. It is excellent for that purpose, although there are two problems with its design: 1. The hook-and-loop connection, although surprisingly strong, is not sufficient to keep the snorkel attached while underwater. 2. I'm always a little worried about dropping the snorkel when taking it out of my BC pocket and sticking it to my mask strap after surfacing. This is especially a concern in choppy water. That being said, I've tried several collapsible snorkels, and this is my favorite.

I bought this snorkel because I hate snorkels hanging off the side of my mask while SCUBA diving, especially in current. I had actually never needed to use my snorkel and considered not diving with one until I saw this. I had been using it for about a week, and had a complete 1st stage failure at 110 ft. Once we had buddy breathed to the surface, conditions were pretty rough and this snorkel worked perfectly as we made our way back to the boat. It easily popped right onto my mask and almost no water actually got into the snorkel even as we were being knocked around by large swells in a pretty stiff current. Great product, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

This is a good snorkel for drift diving, kelp diving and cave/wreck penetration, as it lets you carry it in a BC pocket, and avoid drag and snags. It's also good for those who just don't like having a snorkel hanging from their mask, but still want to have one with them just in case. It could fold even smaller, but it definitely fits in most BC pockets, and performs quite well. It may not be quite as feature-rich as the most sophisticated regular snorkels available, but it beats many non-foldables in performance and comfort and seems to last well so far.

It sticks well to the mask strap. However I tried this snorkel during a surface swim and the narrow width causes restricted breathing. It was really hard breathing. My Aqualung Impulse snorkel breathes much easier but is not foldable.

I lopped off the top and replaced it with a dry valve off of another snorkel. It works great now and still fits in my BCD pocket. You might also want to replace the mouth piece with your favorite as well.

This is perfect for what I intend to use it for...a pocket snorkle while SCUBA diving that won't be used unless I need it for contingentcy. Excellent. I don't wear a snorkle while diving ,but, I like to have one.

Bought this as a used demo condition snorkel. Am glad that I didn't pay full price. This snorkel is best used for light chop and light snorkel requirements while diving. Do not use this snorkel for extended shore dives or rough waters. It floods easily and while it purges well it makes usage difficult. I used both this and my hyperdry in the exact same conditions on separate days and the hyperdry didn't allow any water in the top. Folds great - and is perfect for moving out of the way - just not snorkeling.

I wanted a snorkel that I could put in my BCD pocket rather than wear while diving and this one works great. I have used it in several rental BCDs and it has fit in all of them. The velcro attachement makes it super easy to attach when needed. I also have used it just snorkeling several times and it is the best snorkel I have used. Even in waves it stays very dry. I was worried it would flop around a bit, but it works as well as my rigid snorkels.

I do not like having a snorkel attached to my mask all the time. This is the perfect alternative, I just put it in the BCD pocket and use it when required.

Sticks to your mask like glue. Some find it hart to detach, but I don't just gotta have fingernails. The elastic wrap isn't fancy, and I'm concerned about losing it since it's not attached to anything. Snorkel works fine. No complaints.
