Installation, before you open package

Before you open the package note which side of the lens protector has the brown paper cover. The other side will have a clear plastic film, which you remove for installation. The instructions don't mention it, but I believe the side with the clear film goes down, against the face of the computer. The installation goes on wet with water. It is much easier to install than the old fashioned smartphone screen protectors. The bezel captures the protector, so there's no worry about centering during the install. The protector is about 1mm thick and is still recessed slightly below the bezel.

Oceanic Lens Protector

Lens Protector will serve its purpose and protect the face of the watch/computer, but I was disappointed its not perfectly clear without flaws. While I want to protect the face, I want it to look brand new and the protector had some imperfections in it that make it look scratched when you apply.

When i got the oceanic geo 2 I was worried about scratches so I am really glad I got this. Easy to apply and once it's on you dont even notice it. Dont get this computer without the protector!

When i got the oceanic geo 2 I was worried about scratches so I am really glad I got this. Easy to apply and once it's on you dont even notice it. Dont get this computer without the protector!
