I purchased this set hoping they’d be similar to the Vortex . I wish that the Vortex was still available for they were a softer rubber and were more comfortable to wear . But all in all , a good replacement .

I used these fins for my PADI certification dives in Belize, a 100 ft. along Glover's Reef, and snorkeling. They performed wonderfully for all activities. They aren't the stiffest fins in the world, but that makes it easier to kick. The fins are also longer than usual which really helps with propulsion. I'm not the best swimmer and I was flying in these, especially at the surface for snorkelling. One potential downside is that it's a bit bigger than most "Travel" fins, but I didn't mind the extra size as I plan to use these fins more for diving. I usually wear a 10.5 shoe and I ordered the 10.5-11.5 fin. It would have been a bit loose barefoot, but it was perfect with a 2mm dive sock. If I wanted to wear this fin barefoot, I would have gotten 9-10. Basically, these fins run slightly big.

So far, so good. I am using these in the pool as an instructor. The fit is great. I am a size 9 and ordered the 9/10. Plan to use them in tropical water once I take a vacation from New England.

Very nice fins for the money, the fit was as indicated. Not quite as stiff as I'd like. OK for light snorkeling. Good fins.

Fins fit well, I wear a size 13 shoe. I bought these to avoid taking my 5mm boots and my open heel fins to Florida. These saved weight in my checked baggage, and worked well while diving.

I used the sizing chart for a women's shoe and the sizing is incorrect. The fins are too large

As a former warm-water dive instructor, I've always preferred the economy, simplicity and freedom of full-foot fins, and always owned Mares HP's, but after years away from diving, I've recently been tossing together some dive gear on a budget, and I noticed these Oceanics (back when they were only $15 !!) and i figured i couldn't go wrong. I haven't gotten them in the water yet, but i'm impressed, and confident they'll be excellent for recreational,single-tank diving. I wear a 9.5 or 10, depending, so i got the 9-10, and they fit almost perfectly. I prefer a tighter fit to a looser fit, and these fit my feet tightly but comfortably. I wouldn't change the fit at all. Kudos again to LP, I hope to be back for more stuff !!

This is a really comfortable set of fins for snorkeling. or even light SCUBA diving. They are light weight, and need no boots. The foot pad is really soft and comfortable, and the fins are flexible enough that they don't strain your legs. I find them best for swimming on the surface, but they work well underwater as well. They are not the most powerful fins that you can buy, but for casual diving, they may be the most pleasant that you have ever worn. The fit is a good match to my shoe size. US 7.5 to 8.5. (I wear an 8.5 shoe.) I find that a pair of ankle socks, or the socklets that hospitals give you makes them a bit more snug and chafe proof.

Very good price. Good light fins for snorkeling but weaker thrust than I expected

Took these to St. Thomas for snorkeling and diving and they worked great for both. A lot of power, allowed me to out swim others which i normally don't do and no cramps after. They run big though, so I would order one size down from what is recommended on the size chart.

The best deal I have ever gotten on SCUBA equipment. The fins were purchased for about twenty dollars plus shipping. They provide plenty of power and flexibility. The foot pocket fits very well. I am very happy with them.

Leisure pro great about returns. I tried several different name brands but they were all sized small. I wear 12 and these were the magic fins that finally fit. There was no photo, but they look like the black/titanium version on the other listing. If you have large feet, might want to check these out.
