The xSpan material makes it easier to don and doff. I wear a 1.5 mil rash guard underneath and together they keep me warm in California waters

The wetsuit was cheap and serves its purpose, but it isn't comfortable. The sizing on this wetsuit seems way off to me. I'm 5'9, 135 lbs, 29" waist, 34" chest, 38.5" hips. Other than height, I fall into x-small for chest & waist and x-small/small for weight based on the size chart. I couldn't get the x-small on at all, the small didn't get a lot better. The armhole is about the size of a golf ball and I couldn't get my hand through the x-small or small. I ended up with a medium and it is still very tight in most places. The armhole isn't much better and the veins in my hands pop out when I have the wetsuit on. it is also tight around my neck. It is too wide in the chest, so there is extra room under my armpits. I understand men and women are built differently, but unfortunately women with small chests don't have a lot of options. If you need a cheap 7mm, it does the job. If you have the money to get a more expensive one, that is probably the way to go.

The Neo Sport 7 mm is a great suit. It kept me toasty warm in 53 degree water. There are not zippers but the suit is very easy to get on and off. It was not bulky and movement was effortless. I would buy this suit again.

I have owned this suit for 8 yrs and it is very durable and warm but is now almost worn out so I just bought a new one. The arms are a little tight so I am using bottles shoved into the arms to stretch it out. I use the suit for kiteboarding and you need to protect you neck if you don't wear a hood. The collar will chafe your neck. The suit has just enough flex and you can't beat the price. I also bought the Neo Sport 7m boots with zipper again, and very warm and durable.

Ordered this suit for pretty cheap, not expecting great things but I needed a new 7 mil and I'm living on a student budget. Upon unboxing it seemed super small. Weird to me, considering I had checked the size chart. I'm 5'7" and 140 pounds (pretty lean) and it took some wiggling to get into it. I did appreciate how much easier it is than some wetsuits because of how stretchy it is. It fit tight except the small of my back which had some room, but not much. I ended up diving it the next day and when I jumped in the water I was shocked by how much water moves through the seams. This isn't a little leak, I can feel the water move into the wetsuit when I pass through the water at all the seams. It doesn't hold the warmed water in very well. Getting out, the previously tight fitting suit had a large amount of water pool in the somewhat looser areas. That nice stretchy material is now too stretchy, keeping too many water pockets. Not a huge issue, more inconvenient than anything, but I have concerns that over time the material will become too loose and no longer fit me. I am not expecting a large lifespan from this item. I currently regret this purchase as I cant see it lasting longer than 50 or so dives (short for any dive professional). I would have rather spent the extra money to buy a nicer, more reliable suit.

I'm 5-11 and 195 - 200 pounds. The XL fit perfectly and should be very comfortable in water. I was a little concerned about the stiffness I might feel in a 7mm suit; but this one is as comfortable as my older 3mm suit made of regular neoprene. I spearfish and usually do not swim enough to generate extra body heat, so was quickly getting cold in 3mm in 60-65 F water. Hopefully this will solve that problem. I'm in SW FL so will not get to see cold water until next winter.

I purchased a large tall going by the size chart. I'm 6' 1", 185 lbs. I could not begin to get into the suit. I returned it for an XL. Again I could not get into it so I returned it for a refund. I will go to my local shop so I can try before I buy. I had to pay return shipping twice and they will deduct the "free shipping" from my refund so not a good deal.

I have only had the chance to use the suit a few times this year but so far it has done the job. Time will tell on the quality but I have had good luck with Henderson products.

Very warm, used for kitesurfing in very cold 40F cond. Suit has no collar so it chafes your neck. Hood with a full collar is needed. Flexability is good for such a thick suit. Easy to get on and off, dries quickly.

You will not find a better suit for the money. I am tuff to find sizes for, but the size is perfect. Durability is great. Goes on and off very easily with the addition of a matching skin. Suit is very comfortable compared to more expensive brands, very warm in 45 degree temps, and holds up to wear excellently. Would definitely buy again!
