It fits well as to the height and is even a bit saggy around the legs and arms b/c he is very skinny. It may be worth trying the XL for you (or the largest size). I bet that iut wil fit fine as far as your weight, but you may need the XL to stretch for the neight.

Mine is back-zip. I hear that back-zip is warmer because less water flushes through the suit. My wife uses a front zip because she says it's easier to use. I don't think my suit's back zipper is particularly difficult to use though. Back-zips always have a long cord on the zipper which is easy to grab and pull up or down.KENT M : I like the zipper in the back, cause its out of the way and if you lay on your chest with a zipper in the front it is uncomfortable. The strap on the zipper for the back is plenty long enough to zip up by yourself.JUSTIN M : I think it is more a preference than a downside. I prefer to have the zipper in the back and out of the way from the BCD straps, buckles, clipped on light, etc. already in the from around stomach/chest. the long pull tab on the back zipper make them very easy to use.
these NEO shortys are a good product. have worn mine odozens of times and no real wear and a comfortable fit.

I ordered a large and it fits, but perhaps a tad bit large, I am 41 chest too. The arms and legs are loose on me, but the torso is good fit.
All my full suits are medium large or medium tall and they fit fine. I am not sure why I ordered a large in this one. I did not try it on as I live in Alaska. Had I been thinking about it, I may have ordered a medium.
