Delicate neoprene tears easy
Junk. The neoprene and rubber around the face tore the first time I put it on. I don't know if this was just a lemon that the neoprene was so weak I couldn't even slide it on or put a finger under the edge to adjust my hair without it ripping in another spot during the one dive. Brand new 7mm neoprene should not be this delicate.

NeoSport 5/3mm Bibbed Hood
This hood works well to keep water from entering the neck area. It is comfortable and warm 60-70 degree F.

Functional
Functional hood that is easy to take on and off. Provides a great amount it warmth and the head piece fits great. My only complaint is the bib does not fit correctly around my neck - it's a me problem as my neck is thin and I experience this with other bib style hoods as well.

Bad Purchase Decision
I ordered size Large. This hood does not fit well. The design doesn't make sense. I have a small head and this fits so tight, it hurts my head. To make things worse, the chin area doesn't fit well. It wants to keep riding up and affects the regulator in my mouth. I ended up cutting the chin area out so that I can use it long enough to find something that works. I tried to be fair before writing review. After 5 dives, this is my opinion.

Great Hood but I need a 3x
It?s truly a nice hood but I have a large head. It?s a little tight but finding a 3x which is what I really need is difficult. Not taking anything away from this hood, as it appears to be of good quality and it does fit?just a little bit snug.

Almost Perfect
Keeps my head warm! Does not vent as well as I would like - I often need to depress the hood to rid of the trapped bubbles.

Great product
Works really great all the way up here in Montana. I?ve been diving all the way into the fall and the water stays cold and only gets colder. Great product when the size is right.

Good hood, good price.
I use this for diving in SoCal with a 7mm wetsuit in water temps between 50-60F, and it has served me well. The front face piece is trimmable to suit your own comfort, and the top vent does a good job preventing bubbles. A solid hood choice for the price, though I have only used it for two months (and 7 dives) so far.

I recently logged the first dive of the 2021 season, in which I used the 3mm hood that came as part of the Henderson package. Water temp as a cool 56f. The two other divers I was with were extremely cold, and complained of headaches. I was in the water while they alternated surface intervals. Total time in the water was approximately 1hr. I was Not cold at all. I could have easily stayed in another hour. This hood is a Game Changer. Only minor complaint is it can be difficult to hear when people are speaking, and you may have water in your ears. LOL.

Not sized quite correctly.
The first hood choked at the neck. This hood fits but now there is too much material below the neck to stuff under my collar.
My head and neck measure as medium, but I couldn?t breathe and felt strangled. This large fits snug but now i have a big ruffle of a bib to contend with.

If you want to stay warm buy this product it works great. I was in Lake Tahoe and was plenty warm. Good fit good quality durable thank you leisure pro.

Does the trick pretty well, however if going deeper into cold water and dropping below the thermocline for more than 10 or so minutes, I suggest a thicker hood.

Disappointment
The deal seems appealing at first... But after going to real surf shops who offer legitimate advice, I quickly learned that this was more of a waste of money then anything else. The suit is stiff, cheap, and unpractical. 7mm suits should offer warmth without sacrificing mobility, 5mm wetsuits from name brands companies are warmer then this suit. I strongly encourage you to spend the extra $50-100 on a reliable suit from billabong, excell, rip curl, or hyperfreak.
