Excellent Fishing and Multi-Day Trip SUP
I take my Osprey to hit high alpine lakes and paddle long river stretches. I'm 6' and 190lbs, the board handles me with ease. I matched mine up with Ram Mounts and the NRS Ambush box. I've been out catching grayling, brookies, rainbow trout and striped bass. It's a great platform to cast off and feels very stable. Great board
I bought the Osprey for fishing fresh and salt water. The board inflates easily and is extremely ridged. I am 200lbs and I only inflate it to 12psi with all my fishing gear. I have put Scotty rod holders on my board. However I had to buy longer bolts for the mounts as the ones supplied with the board are only 3/4". I had to buy 1". The carry bag is solid and fits everything. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone.
The NRS Osprey SUP gives anglers a fishing platform with all the accessories they need to be effective on the water. It's stable side to side and front to back so you can confidently move around the board to make accurate casts and land fish. Inflates up to a rock-hard 20 psi (1.38 bars) for performance that rivals a hard board, then folds up compactly when deflated for easy transport and storage. The Osprey SUP features NRS proprietary Axis Technology. Axis, an acrylic stiffening agent integrated in the deck, improves stiffness and performance without adding weight or making the board harder to roll up. Removable, interchangeable fins let you customize your setup and the ABS plastic fins absorb impacts without breaking. Inflatable SUP boards add versatility to your adventures. So fold up the Osprey, chuck it in your rig and sneak to the fishing hole your buddies can't access in a john boat.
With 364 liters (22,213 cubic inches) of air volume, the 6" (15.25 cm) thick Osprey provides optimal performance and stability for anglers up to 275 lbs. (124.74 kg). Double sidewall construction for increased durability and streamlined aesthetics. The heavy-duty PVC drop-stitch construction stands up to abrasion and abuse. Top-quality Leafield C7 inflation/deflation valve for unsurpassed reliability. NRS added a sturdy webbing handle in the center of the board for easy carrying and one handle on the front to aid you during an unexpected swim. Six stainless D-rings give you plenty of options for attaching gear, a leash, or customizing the bungee rigging. NRS also give you three accessory mounts, bungee deck rigging up front, and infinitely adjustable rigging on the back for securing your cooler, tackle bag or milk crate.
SUP includes a high-pressure pump for easy inflation, a pressure gauge, carry bag and repair kit. The boards overall dimensions are 11' x 34" x 6" (335.3 cm x 86.4 cm x 15.25 cm), weighs 31 lbs. (14 kg), has two 2" (5.1 cm), two 5" (12.7 cm) and one 9" (22.9 cm) fins. Board comes equipped with two handles one on the bow and when center mounted for easy transport and handling. The Heron Inflatable SUP is designed for riders weighing 100 lbs. to 275 lbs. (45.36 kg and 124.74 kg) and comes with an owner's manual.
