Ive used other floats in rescue as well as instruction class, this one floats the best out of all of them. Very large chambers and works well with a Greenland stick also. I personally roll mine up and jam it in my seat. It floats even when there's no air. it can be a bit hard to get your blade out but that's what you want if you have to use it. Buy 2...

Rolls into a small, unobtrusive package and clips onto my deck cord for fast access when needed. When inflated it is remarkably buoyant. I can paddle solo with even more confidence now that I have another self-rescue option.

Great paddle float. I haven't had to use it yet, but it appears to be very well constructed and blows up/empties easily. Only buy the best when your life may depend on it. And NRS has you covered with whatever else you need. Bought a rain jacket last week from NRS and wore it out in the rain today. Dry as a bone :-)

Best paddle float I have found. Easy to use and drains well too thanks to the mesh at the top. I have 4 and a couple other brands too in order to show new paddlers/students why they should spend the extra $$$ to get the NRS paddle float. However there is one flaw that I am surprised has not been resolved yet. The air valves tend to come out (when used by new paddlers). I resolve this by gluing the in place before initial use - usually.

Hope don't need it. Have checked reviews seems this has good reviews. Arrived in good condition and good shipping time. Checked it out blew up no leaks held air overnight. Fit paddle. Seems good to go. Safe paddling

I have purchased different brands but this one fits my neads in the surf. Put anything on the deck at your own risk. This one serves me best rolled up behind my seat.

This is my 3rd NSR paddle float. First one was lost after 2 years. The second one broke after 3 years. The inflation tubes broke seal where they connect to the inside of float bag. Tried sealing same with no success. This will be my last NSR float bag if same defect happens again.

All inflatable psddle flaots should be dual chamber and this one is. I replaced my last one when one chaber failed. This looks to be of sturdier material and I hope for long use. The clip buckle and draw string make it fit both euro and Greenland paddles. the mesh bottom makes it self draining. The clip buckle and webbing near the foot make it an emergency PFD for a swimmer. I keep it cliped on deck and it is ready to deploy.

This has given me a great peace of mind. Totally taken the worry factor out of dumping. I don't want to dump, of course, but when/if I do, I ain't worried a bit with this paddle float. Works great.

I purchased this float just incase NRS ever discontinued this model. I already have the same model and have been using it for years. Unlike some other paddle floats I have used this ones has a large opening, making it easy to insert the paddle blade and once on and secured it stays on. It has two large separate bladders so if one is punctured the other will still be intact. The bladders are so large that I have never had to fill both. It is simple to fill with air, a quick turn and a few breaths you are back in your kayak. When a roll fails and you are paddling alone this is the paddle float I want.
