I really like the Nanuk 963. Love etc fact that the handle assembly can be replaced if need be. This is not an option on Pelican's I've used. The only issue I have is with the clasps. No matter how you open the case there will always be one engaged/blocking when closing the lid. It is a mojito issue but frustrating when opening and closing several on stage during load in /outs. Other than that it is a great product and will be getting many more.

Sturdy and well built. A joy to use. I store pricey delicate astrophotography equipment in it. Only complaint is the latches are a bit finicky to open.

I was glad to be sent out a new unit under the life time warranty. I believe that's a great business model. Professionals can trust we are getting a great product with a backing of a company that will honor their warranty. I understand that shipping from Canada to the US can be expensive but in this market with the competition (pelican) the price of shipping needs to be adjusted. This shipping case could be an issue in the long run for me see that I have 8 nanuk cases now. Over all im satisfied with my purchase and I continue to purchase more. Thanks.

I ordered the NANUK 963 case for my business materials to travel in. I was able to fit everything into 1 space. I feel confident that nothing will get broken during travel thanks to the hard case. The additional pockets were handy to separate my pens, cords and business cards.

Took the case across the planet on multiple flights all over Australia including days pulling it through cities, up and down stairs, etc. No issues whatsoever with the case, and contents. Highly recommended

No more broken wheels, handles, ripped zippers. Now they have to lift my Nanuk not toss it like a sack of beans. It's loaded at 70 lbs. so we shall see in the next year what it looks and performs like.

Solid Case that I have recently put through many miles of transport. Lifetime Warranty, Canadian Mad, SOLID LIKE A TANK, dimensions are great (W/O Foam), for packing work gear (Helmet, boots, coveralls, etc), Telescopic Handle, fixed wheels (do not rotate)...overall you will NOT be disappointed. Purchased "On Sale", at a reduced price...should have bought two (2). Will consider buying a 2nd one in 2023! Would give it 10 Stars...but I am only allowed five (5) Stars.

I needed the case to make a portable high brightness display for use with a drone used in both fire fighting and search and rescue. No problems getting it. I like the solid latches and the wheeled case so it's easy to move it around. I recommend this or any Nanuk case to people who like to make things and get them done !

I like Nanuk cases, I have a bunch but you guys really need to let me mix and match and buy individual padded dividers. As it stands there is literally no where I can buy them, from you or any other company. Seriously, they are not available anywhere on the internet. These cases are meant to be customizable but if the dividers that come with it don't work, or you need more (perhaps you have lots of small items), you have no options. I need to be able to buy extra pads to make my case work. I don't understand why no case company offers this. You already make the pads, just offer them for sale individually for each case. I cannot be the only one who would buy them. Also, there is no organizer available, that would be nice to have, I had to cannibalize one from my 955 case.

I got the 963 to store my lights -- 2 profoto B10, 1 B1x and an A1 along with 3 Nikon speedlights. The case will be perfect for taking the lights with me on location AND for general storage. As cliche as it sounds I've more than once been handling when thinking about purchasing the competitor's cases and 'got' my fingers opening or closing those cases. The Nanuk is a dream to open and close and the wheels and handles are so very well made -- goes along well with the total build quality which is excellent. Once the padded dividers are available for the 963 I'm getting at least one more 963 for cams and lenses. Not a big fan of the cubed foam but that's more a case of my sloppiness with trying to cut it to shape (certainly for layer depth if need less than the depth of each pad) without an electric knife), but the lights are in snug as bugs, safe. Definitely recommend NANUK!

I bought the nanuk 963 to store my telescope. I need a case that was quite large and would protect my telescope from anything. This is exactly what it does. The cubed foam allows for an easy shaping of objects. Once things are placed on the case they do not move and are safe. The fact that it is on wheels helps to carry it around. Overall, I love my new Nanuk 963.

I needed a case that could withstand the weather. I have a 2dr Jeep Wrangler with a Gobi Roof Rack and the case carries some of the essentials for camping and recovery. It was between Pelican and Nanuk but through my research Nanuk came out on top. So far it has been working great.

I was skeptical at first thinking that the case would be too big or blocky for my needs as a musician. I am currently using is to fit a 28 inch wide pedalboard and with the foam underneath it it allows me to carry alot under there in order to lug all i need. It is a bit blocky for me, but given the fact that its light i am able to look beyond that for the sake of ease of travel.
