Perfect for a pony/stage bottle!
Excellent quality and perfect size. I was getting frustrated with the button style gauges which are impossible to read when you need them, and always seem to be pointing in the wrong direction. The hose is short enough to stay out of the way, but long and flexible enough to read in any situation.
Mares introduces its Extended Range (XR) Gear Line. The XR Pressure Gauge (PG) with graduation range of 0-5000 psi (0-360 bar), is a member of this new product line. This Italian made single reading gauge has a tempered glass lens, luminescent glow in the dark" screen and a brass housing with a double chrome, mirror-plated case treatment: assures the best look and maximum protection against corrosion. Copper beryllium bourdon tube mechanism that never goes out of calibration even with hard knocks for the greatest degree of accuracy and reliability.
Preferred for its simplicity by many technical divers who follow DIR training philosophy. Designed for technical divers and top-quality regulator systems gauge is air or 100% Oxygen (oxy clean) compatible and is certified according to EN 250 requirements. Gauge is available in imperial (feet) or metric (bars) units of measure and comes with a durable 6" (15.25cm) Miflex 7/16" threaded high pressure hose. The pressure gauge measures 2" (52mm) in diameter and weighs 7.4 oz. (210 g). The gauge face is color coded for ease of reading at a glance. The imperial version has a red background from 0 to 1,000 psi white background from 1,000 to 2,000 psi and blue from 2,000 to 5,000 psi. The metric version has a red background from 0 to 50 bars, white background from 50 to 200 bars and blue background from 200 to 360 bars.
