Mares Standard (Prime) Weight System

If you own a Mares Magellan or Prime BCD (see SKU: MRSMBC, MRSPSMU or MRSPBCD) and either like to have weight pocket cartridges with different amount of weight in them for different thickness exposure suits or need to upgrade your BCD with a weight system these Mares Standard Weight Pockets are what your looking for. The weight pockets come in two sizes depending on the size of your BCD. If you own an XXS to MD BCD, the pockets are equipped to handle 9 lbs. (4 kg) in each pocket. If you own a LG to XL BCD, the pockets will hold up to 13 lbs. (6 kg) in each pocket. The Mares Standard Weight Pockets can be used with hard block or soft pouch weights. Pockets are made from durable nylon fabric and impact resistant plastic. Loading and securing weights in pockets is made easy with the zippered closures. Large easy to pull release handles can be actuated even when wearing thick gloves.
