The towel works well even if you have a lot of body hair or rough skin, without actually snagging.BURTON O : Donice, These towels are very soft and do not snag at all. They are absorbant and very useful for after-dive or poolside. They are so compact, they fit well in our luggage. My wife and I each have one and we would readily buy them again. 5 Stars for packable, light and drying fast. However 2 Stars for drying your self off. Not an everyday dry yourself off shower towel. But when packing for a live a board should work great. I plan on taking my 2 on a Blackbeard cruise in April

Great add to my dive kit!!

Really practical towel. Had to improve the elastic loop to pack it with a velcro strap because it stretched after being expose to the sun for long periods of time. The velcro strap also help to compress it to an even smaller pack.

not as soft as the micro-suede

I purchased the micro-suede quick dry towels for friends last year. Those towels are very soft and dried very quickly. I haven't had a chance to use these micro terry towels, but they aren't very soft in comparison. I washed them in a high-efficiency machine, and they were nearly dry upon removal.

Nice way to dry off after a dive

I have used this towel after a couple of local drives and it really does the job! Taking to Cancun for a week of diving next week, been trying to load everything into my dive bag as a practice before the trip...the mess bag that comes with the towel seems to be rather sturdy, but with the tab at the top it makes it difficult to roll the towel and bag up to fit in those little spaces. But if that is my only problem I am more than happy. One of my better add-on buys in a while.
