I normally wear a size Medium in tops because I'm big-busted, but wear a size 2 for bottoms. Trying to translate a top size into US 2,4,6, etc was hard for me. I bought a US size 8 and it created room for my bust and is somewhat loose around the waist. For me, it fits well. It's supposed to be tight and fitting. I could have tried a size 6, but it would have been too tight in the chest, but smaller at my waist. I hope this helps!

Perfect layer for under wetsuit
This shirt was a perfect extra layer for my 1.5 mm Lavacore suit for a week of diving in 82 degree water. I especially love the zipper at the neck which I was able to keep open a bit so it was not tight and was easy on/off.
