Good light no longer supported

Would be a great dive light if light in motion didn't discontinue the line. I would purchase from big blue.

Very nice lights but not perfectly reliable

I have owned some of the GoBe 500 and 700 lumen lights over the past 10 years and really like them and like Light and Motion customer service. The GoBe's nice for GoPro dual lighting. However, I bought one of these 1000 lumen models recently for a dive trip and the bulb head blew/failed on one of my first dives. The body did not flood or leak but the light output decreased greatly and then progressed to a faint glow. Inspection showed the LED socket inside the glass head had blown into debris. Light and Motion customer service plans to replace it, but my dive videos suffered the rest of the trip. I still like these but cannot fully reply on them in the future without a backup now. Which costs $.
